Thymosin Alpha-1 — 5mg

$63.00

Thymosin Alpha-1 is the most clinically studied thymic peptide available — it’s FDA-approved in some jurisdictions for immune reconstitution, used in oncology as an immune adjunct, and studied for chronic fatigue, long COVID, and autoimmune conditions. It restores T-cell function from the thymus level down.

Description

Thymosin Alpha-1 (Tα1) is a 28-amino acid peptide originally isolated from thymic tissue that acts as an endogenous modulator of the adaptive immune system. It stimulates T-cell maturation and differentiation in the thymus, enhances NK cell activity, upregulates MHC class I expression (allowing the immune system to identify abnormal or infected cells), and normalizes aberrant immune responses in both immunodeficient and autoimmune states. Thymosin Alpha-1 is FDA-approved in the US as Zadaxin for certain immune conditions and has been used clinically in hepatitis B and C, certain cancers, and post-chemotherapy immune reconstitution.

For women, Thymosin Alpha-1’s relevance extends beyond infection to the autoimmune dimension: women are 80% of all autoimmune disease patients, and the thymus-mediated immune regulation that Tα1 supports is precisely the system that breaks down in autoimmune dysregulation. It has also shown efficacy in chronic fatigue presentations — including ME/CFS and long COVID — where immune dysregulation and NK cell dysfunction are implicated. For women coming out of viral illness, immunosuppression, or managing autoimmune flares alongside peptide protocols, Tα1 is the immune-layer support that completes the picture.

Female-calibrated dosing: 1.6mg subcutaneously 2x/week (standard immune-support protocol) for 6–12 weeks. In acute immune challenge: 1.6mg daily for 1–2 weeks, then reduce. Women with autoimmune conditions should work with an immunologist for dosing.

Storage: Store lyophilized powder below -20°C. After reconstitution, refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within 30 days.
