Description
CJC-1295 No DAC (also called Modified GRF 1-29) is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). Without the Drug Affinity Complex (DAC), it has a half-life of approximately 30 minutes — meaning it triggers a natural, pulsatile burst of GH release rather than sustained elevation. This matters because healthy GH secretion is pulsatile, with the largest pulse occurring during slow-wave sleep. CJC-1295 No DAC, when dosed before sleep, amplifies this natural nocturnal pulse without disrupting the rhythm.
Female GH dynamics are fundamentally different from male GH dynamics — women have higher baseline GH pulse amplitude but are more sensitive to feedback suppression. This means women often respond to lower doses of GHRH analogues than men, and benefit more from pulse-mimicking formats (no DAC) than from sustained-release formats (with DAC). Growth hormone in women supports fat oxidation, lean mass preservation, IGF-1 signalling for tissue repair, and critically — skin collagen density and bone mineral content.
Female-calibrated dosing: 100–200mcg subcutaneously at bedtime, 5 days/week. Most women respond at 100mcg — start there. Best stacked with Ipamorelin (a GHRP) for synergistic GH release. Run 8–12 week cycles. Avoid dosing within 90 minutes of a carbohydrate-rich meal (insulin blunts GH release).
Storage: Store lyophilized powder below -20°C. After reconstitution, refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within 30 days.
