Kisspeptin-10 — 10mg

Description

Kisspeptin is a neuropeptide produced by KNDy neurons in the hypothalamus. It binds the Kiss1R receptor and triggers pulsatile GnRH (gonadotropin-releasing hormone) release — the upstream master signal of the entire reproductive hormone cascade. GnRH pulses drive LH (luteinizing hormone) and FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone) from the pituitary, which in turn regulate ovulation, estrogen production, and the menstrual cycle. Without adequate kisspeptin signalling, this cascade breaks down. Kisspeptin-10 is the bioactive decapeptide fragment that carries this signalling activity.

In women, kisspeptin deficiency or receptor desensitization underlies several hormonally disruptive conditions: hypothalamic amenorrhea (cycle loss from undereating or overtraining), PCOS-related LH hyperpulsatility, perimenopausal FSH elevation, and fertility challenges related to HPG axis suppression. Research has demonstrated that kisspeptin-10 infusion reliably stimulates LH pulses in women across reproductive and perimenopausal stages, and clinical trials are underway for its use in fertility stimulation.

Female-calibrated dosing: 6.4–68 nmol/kg as a subcutaneous injection, administered in the early follicular phase (days 2–5 of cycle) or as directed by your practitioner. For women with hypothalamic amenorrhea, intermittent pulsatile administration is being studied.
